Campers get to take on different outdoor activities including outdoor climbing, field games and a Xmas treasure hunt. Those challenges will help to build their communication and problem-solving skills, while also improving their approach to teamwork.
Class arrangements during Covid-19 restrictions
This leadership camp has been postponed from December to February 2021 as the Education Bureau confirmed to suspend face-to-face classes and activities for private schools offering a non-formal curriculum (commonly known as "tutorial schools").這日營讓營友享受天然攀石及戶外大自然遊戲的樂趣，並透過尋找聖誕禮物等挑戰，培養他們的溝通、解難及團隊合作技巧。
疫情下課堂安排
由於教育局已宣布暫停非正規課程的私立學校（一般稱為補習學校）的面授課堂，此領袖訓練營已由12月順延至2021年2月舉行。
